The preprogrammed thermometer has two different cooking modes so all your preferences are met-Meat Taste and Timer Mode. The Meat Taste Mode enables you to cook your meat until your personal taste level of rare to well done is met. Once the predetermined doneness level of the meat is reached, the cooking thermometer will beep and the thermo temperature reading will blink.

The thermometer, Timer Mode, can be programmed to count up or down to the desired cooking time for up to 24 hours. The Bradley thermometer can also be manually programmed to alert you when the temperature has reached the pre-determined setting. Not only is the Bradley digital preprogrammed cooking thermometer both C/F selectable but also has a temperature operating range of -10C to 250C (+14F to 482F).
