Cookshack SuperSmoker Elite - Stainless Steel

The SuperSmoker Elite series replaces Cookshack SUPER SMOKER Models SM050 and SM055. We have added an electronic controller with a meat probe; and we have increased the size of the shelves from 14" x 14" to 14" x 18" to hold full slabs of ribs and whole briskets.
