30 Day No Hassle Returns Policy:

100% Satisfaction Guaranteed! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 30 days of receipt, no questions asked. We will credit you the full purchase price of your product minus shipping and handling.

  • Item must be in original packaging including all paperwork and manuals.
  • You must include copy of your invoice.
  • The package you are returning must include RMA # issued by Yardandpool.com. Please contact us and we will issue you an RMA # for your return.
  • Clearance or scratch and dent items are not covered under this policy. Please see below for full list of items that cannot be returned.
  • Item cannot be used. Used items or items not in original packaging may be subject to restocking fees.


To request a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) please use our Contact Us form or call us during normal business hours. Be sure to include your Order ID, items you wish to return and reason for return. Once your return has been approved you will be notified via email with your RMA# and return instructions. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Items received after 30 days or without RMA# will be refused and returned.

Customer is responsible for actual shipping charges incurred when getting a product to and from the customer regardless of whether or not shipping and handling fees were originally charged.

Items that cannot be returned:
Chemicals, opened and/or used items, spa covers and items indicated as "special order" or "clearance" are considered final sales, and therefore not returnable/non-refundable.

Wrong Item Received Returns:
Buyers who receive a wrong item must contact Yardandpool.com via our Contact Us form or at 1-866-740-7657 within 7 business days upon receipt of merchandise. Once we have received the request, we will send you a return label and issue a RMA #. Upon receipt of the wrong item, we will ship out the correct item or refund the purchase price right away. Items received after 30 days will be refused and returned.

Warranty Claims:
Warranty claims on items that are covered under a manufacturer’s warranty must be submitted to the manufacturer directly unless otherwise stated. If an item was defective upon receipt or becomes defective, it is considered a warranty claim. Please note: UPS, FedEx, and USPS will not deliver a package that is damaged. If you receive a damaged box, do not open it, and contact the shipping company right away.
