INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
1. SOAK
Submerge grilling papers in water in a shallow dish for 10 minutes
(use a small bottle as a weight).
2. HEAT
Grill at 400 degrees F or medium high OR preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Place fish, vegetables, fruit, or cheese face down in center of soaked
grilling paper parallel to grain of wood. Fold paper’s edges towards each other
until they overlap. Tie with cotton string (green onion stems, soaked in
water, can also be used) or simply place seam side down on grill grate
or baking pan.
3. SMOKE
Place wrapped food directly on grill grates, close lid, and cook for 5-6
minutes. No turning needed.
4. EAT
Serve cedar wrapped foods straight to the dinner table, sit back, and
enjoy the compliments!
COOKING TIP: Soak grilling papers in wine, sake, bourbon for extra flavor.
Keep open bottles of alcohol away from heat source.
OVEN INSTRUCTIONS: Preheat oven to 400°F. Place cedar wrapped
foods on baking pan and bake in oven for 8-10 minutes depending on
thickness of food. Remove from oven and serve immediately. |
