The MAK 1 STAR GENERAL offers superb cooking performance. Made from 16 gauge aluminized steel, the same type of material found in your home oven, the 1 Star provides exceptional heat refraction and cooking. Grill, barbecue,smoke,bake, even roast on the 1 Star. You can do it all on this grill.

The heart of the 1 Star is MAK's exclusive 15 function Pellet Boss(R) digital control, which allows you to cook in five degree increments from 200 all the way to 450, plus SMOKE and HIGH selections. The 1 Star features 380 square inches of stainless steel cooking surface. With the optional upper grill grate, you can double your cooking surface to 760 square inches. The tall lid lets you cook 3-12 pound turkeys in the MAK 1 Star Grill!

MAK Meat Probe - High quality stainless steel temperature/meat probe with stainless braided cord. This probe works in the MAK GRILLS PELLET BOSS (tm) controller. It is able to read temperatures from 40-250 degrees Fahrenheit. 2 Star General includes I meat probe.
MAK Bottom Storage Shelf - Made from the same steel and finish as the 1 Star Grill, this handy storage shelf provides you with more than 500 square inches of convenient storage space. It easily attaches to the cart body under your grill. Mounting hardware included.
MAK Side Shelf - Made from high grade steel, the MAK 1 STAR side-shelf adds 240 square inches of handy work surface to your grill. The shelf measures 18.5 inches long by 13 inches wide, and is powder coated in the same finish as the 1 Star grill body. Mounting hardware included. American-made by MAK!
MAK Tool Hook - Our American-made tool hook lets you keep four barbecue tools close at hand. It easily attaches to the 1 Star Grill body, or onto the optional side-shelf. Made from high gauge stainless steel. Includes mounting hardware.
MAK Upper Grill Grate - Double your cooking capacity to 760 sq. in. with the addition of our high quality all stainless steel Upper Grill Grate.
MAK Half Upper Grill Grate - The half upper grill grate gives you more cooking surface, while at the same time providing full access to the main cooking grate. Add 190 additional square inches of cooking surface to your MAK 1 Star Grill. Made from long-lasting stainless steel.
MAK Griddle - Now you can cook your favorite breakfast foods like pancakes, French Toast, bacon and sausage with the MAK GRIDDLE. Made from aircraft aluminum, our griddle securely fits over the Flame Zone area of your grease pan. Provides nearly 164 square inches of griddle surface. Black anodized finish, TEFLON coated for non-stick cooking.
MAK Searing Grate - Made from anodized aluminum, then Teflon coated, the MAK SEARING GRATE lets you grill your favorite cuts of meat and get "steak house" quality sear marks on your meat. Each Searing Grate measures 10 inches wide by 18.5 inches long.
