The ET-72 Remote Thermometer by Maverick industries will monitor the temperature of a single meat remotely.
RediChek ET-72 by Maverick Industries transmitter features a display of actual internal food temperature, and a red LED indicating transmissions (which occur whenever temperature changes by 1/2 degree) The probe is stainless steel, with flexible braid stainless steel sheathed connecting wire, 40" overall length. Set your own taste or "doneness" - rare, medium, medium well, well done. Or, choose your own target temperature up to 410 degrees F. The transmitter that reads internal food temperature sends information wirelessly to your remote receiver up to 100 ft. away.

How should the probe be inserted into the chicken?The Maverick Thermometer Probe tip should be inserted into the meat at least 1 inch. If you are cooking/smoking a whole chicken, you will want to insert the probe into the thickest part of the breast. You can also spot check other portion of the chicken to make sure the chicken is ready.
